“restorative therapy makes all the hard work better”
Improve circulation of the lower body and throughout the lymphatic and vascular systems, clear metabolic waste by products and bring fresh oxygenated blood to the areas that need it most. Will reduce muscle soreness (DOMS) from training sessions, ensuring your next workout will be as good as the last. Recover faster, train harder.
Re-Energize your cells with Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field Therapy. Electrical energy can be depleted from your body and cause fatigue at the cellular level. PEMF can replenish the ATP of the cell, bring renewed energy. PEMF promotes relaxation and improved deep sleep yielding improved recovery from physical, emotional and environmental stress.
Float Pod therapy is a form of sensory deprivation, creating a space where you can completely relax your mind and your body, to meditate… relax. This leads to reduced levels of Cortisol (stress hormone) and restored levels of Magnesium Sulfate in body (muscles relax) This deep state of relaxation, when done consistently, will reduces stress, anxiety and help with depression.
Class IV Laser

Common treatments include: Arthritis, Neuropathy, Tissue Regeneration, Nail Fungus, Shingles, Strains & Sprains, Tendonitis, Disc Injuries.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Breathe in, breathe out… 100% pure oxygen at 4x atmospheric pressure at sea level, increases red blood cell O2 saturation. This increased oxygen in the blood boosts the reparative and regenerative process of the cells and damaged tissue after injury (concussion) or intense physical training. Resulting in quicker healing time.
Common treatments include: Injury Healing, Concussions, Infections, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, Orthopedic Conditions, Lyme Disease.
Lipo Laser/YOLO Curve **
Using Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) Technology, the YOLO Curve mimics the body’s natural metabolic process to provide a painless and non-invasive alternative to surgery. During each treatment, the YOLO Curve’s laser energy safely penetrates your skin at a specific wavelength targeted for adipose cells – otherwise known as fat cells. These adipose cells are permeated, releasing their triglyceride content so that the body may utilize them as an energy source. As the adipocytes release these triglycerides into circulation, their size diminishes, resulting in inch loss and a reduction in the appearance of cellulite.

Traditional saunas cause reactions, such as vigorous sweating and an increased heart rate, much like the reactions experienced during moderate exercise.
An infrared sauna produces these same results at lower temperatures making it accessible to people who cannot tolerate the heat of a conventional sauna.
Some of the benefits of infrared sauna therapy include improved circulation, skin purification and detoxification.
